The Participatory Action Research in Communication and Territorial Development laboratory, Com & Dev, is affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Béjaïa, Algeria. Its name brings together three dimensions: the production of knowledge in the humanities and social sciences, the participation of the actors concerned, and the study of territorial transformations.
