We have the honor to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for a short-term exchange scholarship program (BEC) of 04 to 06 months for the 2026-2027 academic year, funded by the Canadian government for the benefit of Algerian students and researchers.
Establishments wishing to send their students for this exchange program must have previously concluded a framework agreement with Canadian establishments.
To this end, I kindly request that you instruct the establishments that have concluded framework agreements to propose their students to the partner party so that the Canadian establishments can complete the submission of candidate applications before 31/03/2026.
