Call for Applications – PhD Scholarship in Azerbaijan: An offer of scholarships in Azerbaijan for enrollment in master's and doctoral programs for the academic year 2026-2027 (Transmission No. 530-DCEU/SDMEP dated 12-03-2026, attached). The application file must be sent in digital format as specified in the attached document, accompanied by the following documents: 1- A copy of the first-class degree certificate (first in the batch) issued by the pedagogical authority; 2- Copies of grade transcripts. We draw your attention to the fact that only university institutions are authorized to send application files, and therefore, no file sent directly by students will be accepted. Note: The deadline for receiving applications is set for April 7, 2026, at 12:00.
