Following correspondence from the Direction of Cooperation and University Exchanges, we have the honor of informing you of the launch of the call for applications for the 2027 International Award of the L’Oréal – UNESCO Program For Women in Science. Every year, this program recognizes and supports promising women researchers at the doctoral or postdoctoral level, helping them to pursue their research, both locally and internationally. Implemented since 1998 by L’Oréal subsidiaries worldwide, with the support of UNESCO field offices, this award aims to promote and empower the next generation of women who will shape the future in the field of science. The 2027 edition will honor five (05) exceptional women researchers in the fields of physical sciences, mathematics, and computer science. Each laureate will receive a prize of 100,000 € for their contribution in the aforementioned fields.
