Institutions that wish to send their students to benefit from this exchange program must have previously signed a framework agreement with Canadian institutions. In this regard, I ask you to direct institutions that have signed framework agreements to propose their students to the partner party, so that Canadian institutions can complete the submission of candidate applications before March 31, 2026.
