Students The Campus France Algeria procedure allows candidates of Algerian or foreign nationality (outside the European economic area) residing in Algeria to obtain enrollment in a higher education institution in France. How to proceed? The candidate opens an account from the Campus France Algeria website via the "Etudes en France" platform, creates a personal electronic file, and follows a dematerialized procedure that allows them to formulate choices of diploma-granting training and follow the evolution of their application online. This procedure does not concern the following candidates: Candidates who do not hold a baccalaureate. Candidates holding a UFC (University of Continuing Education) diploma: Baccalaureate or others. Candidates with a French language level below B1. Candidates of French nationality or from another country part of the Schengen area. The training programs that do not concern international students: University Diploma (DU) and Interuniversity Diploma (DIU) in health studies, Medical Capacity, Higher Education Certificates (CES), Preparatory years (prepa PASS, prepa BTS, prepa veterinary, preparatory year for a doctorate...).
