The award of this scholarship aims to enhance excellence profiles and promote the professional employability of young laureates upon their return to Algeria. The call for applications concerns Algerian students or residents in Algeria, who have already completed their Campus France Algeria procedure for a year of study in France and obtained a letter of acceptance for a Master's degree in a French higher education institution. France Excellence IFA - Doctoral Scholarship Program in High Technologies As part of its doctoral scholarship program "France Excellence IFA-Doctorate", the French Institute of Algeria awards each year 5 scholarships to doctoral students residing in Algeria, enrolled in the 1st year of their thesis in an Algerian university and wishing to evolve towards a co-tutoring with a French university in the field of high technologies (quantum, computer science, biotechnology, circular economy, sustainable development, health...).
