Create an eligibility matrix
For each actual condition, note evidence and an unresolved question: enrolment, discipline, institution, language or employment. Do not infer eligibility from a programme name; a mobility agreement may cover only certain institutions or fields.
Connect the stay with an outcome
Explain what you will be able to do afterwards. Agree thesis deliverables, course recognition or teaching objectives as appropriate. Personalise the motivation without inventing experience or a host agreement.
Read funding carefully
Distinguish a total amount, monthly payment, advance and reimbursement. Do not assume a payment period. Estimate travel, accommodation, insurance and daily costs in a consistent currency. The calculator only subtracts confirmed support; it predicts neither selection nor exchange rates.
Make the application readable
Follow the provider’s document order, name files and check they open. Confirm accepted translation formats and obtain required signatures. Avoid unidentified intermediaries and keep a copy with submission evidence.
Ask an answerable question
Identify the call and your situation, then ask one precise question about the condition or accepted evidence. Use a draft as a writing aid; no message is sent automatically.
After closure
An accessible form can be expired. Look for an explicit extension. A ranking notice concerns an existing process, not necessarily a new call. Update your project and evidence for a later round rather than reusing old dates.
