Give the doctoral stay a research objective

The recorded deadline has passed. An accessible page or form does not establish an extension.

Connect the stay to thesis work: a method, authorised evidence, analysis or discussion of results. Agree with your supervisor what can be completed during the mobility and what remains afterwards. The motivation letter, plan and recommendation should describe the same project.

A practical exercise

Divide the stay into preparation, main work and reporting. Set a deliverable and an anticipated difficulty for each stage. Check permissions before transferring any data.
