Turn the notice into a coherent application
The recorded deadline has passed. An accessible page or form does not establish an extension.
A strong application links your background, the purpose of the stay and what the host can provide. Separate mandatory conditions from your own arguments. A document list is not a substitute for explaining why the opportunity matters at this stage.
A practical exercise
Make a personal matrix: objective, activity, eligibility evidence, supporting document and unresolved question. Link each argument to real evidence. This planning aid is not the official application pack.
